They bought WEDGEWOOD ll SENIOR'S in Kirkville, N.Y. they haven't done anything but leave the witch thats been in the office she's very mean and disrespectful she discriminating against my Mentality Challenged Daughter for going on 4years HUD rules are they don't Discriminate Against people Lies!?!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. I have a family member living in the Forrest Acres Development in Bradford Ma, run by their mangement company Princeton Properties. I have never witnessed such poor conditions repeatedly ignored by onsite management thru corporate management. Financial process of rent is disgusting. Living conditions of apartments are disgraceful and ignored by owners. Stay away from this company and their affliates as they have no common decency or care for their tennants. Please note they're are many very young children under the age of 5 living in this community under these conditions.

These people don’t care about the tenants they own forest acres in Haverhill ma ,and have Princeton properties managing it and never check in to see what’s going on in the community . Why would I keep going around and around and getting no where with Princeton properties when the owners can step up and actually do something ... you guys are so busy fixing the out side of the buildings that you are over looking problems inside of tenants apartments..No Thank you no need for conversation with you if owners can’t help myself and others tenants I’m sure we can come together and find other ways which we have been reaching out to other outlets...As for the property manager Kerrie if you have a complaint she wants to know why don’t you just move well I definitely would if I could afford it ..We will bring attention to the bad conditions of the apartments of the tenants that have been living here for years
