Best rental management team ever!!! Cassie is amazing!!! Any maintenance issue is fixed in a timely manner... she goes above and beyond for us everytime!!! I've rented from them for the past 5 years and have never had a a bad experience!! I had fallen on hard times and they helped me anyway they could!!! As a seller, this was my first experience with Belva's Real Estate. It couldn't have been better. My agent, Clayton Cathemer, was great to work with from start to finish. My rental property had been vacant for a time and a city code issue was discovered that had to be dealt with. Clayton was invaluable helping me navigate this process. I live out of the area and couldn't have managed this on my own. Clayton kept me informed and his professionalism and easy manner eased my concerns. I highly recommend him and Belva's!

My experiences with Belva's Real Estate goes back to when I first moved to Florence, Arizona. I, like a lot of people here, was making a life change and decided to settle in Florence AZ (About 2000 miles away from my life long area I grew up in). My adventure began as a Tenant in a rental managed by Cindy Sills, Owner of Belva's Real Estate. Later I began an Appliance Repair Business and incorporated some minor handyman services as well. Cindy immediately welcomed me and began inviting me to work as a Vendor for her. The entire community and surrounding areas seemed to welcome me as well with open arms and then it has continued to grow and still growing today. I bought my first home through Belva's Real Estate. A few years later I bought an investment property and hired Belva's Real Estate as my Property Manager. A few years later I sold my primary home and bought another primary home all with the expertise and help and guidance of Belva's Real Estate. The entire Staff was absolutely a pleasure to work with. My story continues with the purchase of another (2nd) investment property and again, Belva's Real estate was there to assist through every step. I added this rental to them as a property management team. All I can say is, I lived a great many years and have met a lot of Fantastic and Wonderful people in my lifetime and I rate Belva's Real Estate Very high on that list. The entire staff is always there to serve your needs and always willing to go the extra mile for you. As a Vendor / Business Owner, that they use, I am in many homes they are managing through their Property Management services. In the past 13 years here as a Resident, Customer and Vendor and Business Owner, I can honestly say I have had lengthy conversations with a great deal of people and I have not heard, seen or experienced any negative issues about them. My appreciation goes far above anything anyone will ever experience using their Professional Services. Cindy Sills the Owner, Billie Jo Pitts, Realtor, Clayton Cathemer, Realtor and Cassie Sills, Realtor / Property Manager (Cindy's Daughter) are the absolute best. However, I cannot end without saying a little more about Cassie Sills. She is young and just getting a great start in a great career. Cassie started at the bottom but has worked really hard to move forward with the Company. I have watched her throughout the years and I, along with many others, have helped guide her and encourage her to keep moving. Cindy has placed Cassie in charge of Property Management for Belva's Real Estate, but her duties include a great deal more. I have seen her face tremendous challenges and I have seen her grow. She is still learning, as we all are, but not afraid to tackle whatever challenge she is faced with. Cassie has gained the respect she deserves as a Realtor and Property Manager far above most individuals I have ever encountered. She has quickly growing into what I believe might be one of the best Real Estate / Property Manager I have had the privilege to know. I retained Belva's Real estate recently for a land transaction. Unfortunately the parcel had a title cloud and many of the owners have since past. This made the process cumbersome and lengthy. Belva's crew, specifically Clayton, jumped through hoops to help this process along, including items that were really my responsibility through an affidavit of succession. This transaction took place 3k miles from me too. I was never out of communication and all updates were mitigated timely. I can not say enough about how friendly and professional this agency is! As a past realtor myself, I know how sticky a any sale can become when problems arise. There was not a lot of money for them in this either but I was treated as if they were making millions. So good.

Billie Jo Pitts is a phenomenal realtor! I had an offer on my house in less than 24 hours! I didn't have to worry about anything but packing. I am very blessed to of had the opportunity to work with such an amazing lady. Billie Jo definitely made this process easy and fast!
