I just hung up with Beltone and was surprised at how rude the woman was at my having to cancel my 87 yr old aunt's appointment tomorrow (Thursday). I understood it was a last minute cancelation, which could not be helped as my aunt had her dialysis moved up a day, due to surgery for needing a new port, and the time b4 was due to my aunt being exhausted from her day of dialysis and a doctor appt right after which took almost 4 hrs!. She has dialysis 3x a week. The woman insisted this was the 3rd or 4rh cancelation, and became upset when I corrected her that it was the second and an inconvenience. We can't help my aunt's 3x a week dialysis. And Beltone is only open in Hanford 2.5 days a week. We both apologized and hung up. Situations happen that can't be helped. But people just need to try to be understanding.

I can’t say it enough! if you think you have hearing problems go see Marilyn at Beltone and Angela totally awesome people. I’ve been there now almost 3 years and today for example was service beyond! I called at the last minute for a repair and they repaired my hearing aid service them I was out the door thanks again

Wow!!! A negative review about my lady’s in Hanford Beltone. I don’t believe it I’ve been coming here for 8 years and never received bad treatment. I am always scheduled promptly and my issues resolved quickly. My 2 set of hearing aids and will never go anywhere else.

Angela is very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy going in for cleaning or whatever else is needed for my hearing aid. Marilyn, the secretary, always greets you when you come in and pleasant to deal with. They make a great pair. I have never had any complaints about the service.
