I'll never be able to say enough about Mr Kerr and the whole firm. These folks are top notch. Josh truly cares about people. He stuck with me the whole way through and made sure I was informed and fought for me when I had questions. All while being more than reasonable. Thank you Josh for all your help!!

Update September 2023: If you do have an issue, they are worthless. My 2021 tax return (filed in 2022), was never received by the IRS. They told us that they would mail it again, after they told us three times they would mail it, they informed us that they needed a copy of my W-2 to include. Which I did get to them. So that means they didn't remail it three times they swore they would. Waited another several months, no return... Call them again, they tell me to call the IRS expect to be on hold for a couple of hours. Isn't that what I pay you for? To deal with the IRS so that I don't have to.... I used a different CPA for filing this year (2022 filed in 2023) they agree, the CPA should be calling the IRS. I got my 2023 filled tax return no issue. I finally get fed up waiting, and trying to get Kerr CPA to take care of it. Even though they swear to have mail multiple times. I've now had to resort to navigating a horrible automated system, and finally getting through to the IRS, they have never received ANY tax filing for me for that year. Now I have to go to the IRS office.... (And yes, there are options in the automated system for CPAs, so it's not like they can't call for you). I give Kerr two stars, because if you don't have any issue, they're great. As far as I can tell accurate, and thorough. However, If you do have an issue, they are not helpful, and do not respond very well. After being very frustrated, they refuse to give a refund, or partial refund. I do not feel as though they did their job to the extent I paid them for. For this reason I do not recommend using them. We paid decent money to have our taxes done in case there are issues. I could do my own taxes if I wanted to fight the IRS on my own..

Original: So far they have been very friendly, and haven't had any issues. They can be quite busy, and hard to get a hold of. But other than that no complaints.

I had an early morning appointment but when I showed up I was told Joshua wouldn’t be in the office for another hour and a half. Very disappointing
