Horrible management and poorly trained staff.
The manager In, has horrible customer service. He literally began to raise his voice and argue with me instead of intaking my needs. I am a tenant for one of their clients (the landlord).

They attempted to scare me from my home by firstly destroying one of my rooms - they removed the floorboards and drywall from the converted garage ( which they marketed as a room ) under the pretense that they were going to renovate it. They then attempted to serve me with a 3 day notice to vacate under again false accusations - which were provided by the handyman which came to destroy my room. Instead of personally coming to inspect themselves.

They then proceeded to send over a representative to finally inspect the home and decided to rescind their initial 3 day notice.
They promised to fix the room, it has now been two months and they have still not fixed it.

Reported them to the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs and am currently looking to take them to small claims court for property damages.

Stay far away from this property management business. Absolutely horrible.

Extremely argumentative and disrespectful when things don’t go their way. Will nickel and dime you every chance they get. High turn over for these reasons and others. Do not recommend doing business with Anna.

1 star is extremely over-generous. They deserve negative 10 stars. Avoid this brokerage at all cost and choose ANY other place in Southern CA. There are many others to choose from. If you list with this place you will be essentially taking your listing off the market. The one positive review story on here must be a friend of someone that works there or some kind of paid review.

I saw the reviews and I had to comment on what has to seem to be isolated incidents. With Bee Investment, I was able to swiftly purchase two properties and flipped them for a quick buck. These are professional and friendly people that truly understand where you're coming from.
