Jill Beckett-Hill was a dream to work with. I worked with Jill and her husband, Adam, to sell my family home, while living in a different state. I was looking for somebody to whom I could turn over the keys and not be involved in the logistics. Jill meticulously managed every aspect of preparing the house to be put on the market, which included cleaning out a house-full of “stuff,” determining which items should be sold, donated, or thrown away, and then managing the logistics to get all of that accomplished with minimal input from me. Next, Jill worked with a colleague to “stage” the house, which involved removing furniture that did not show well, and bringing in items to enhance the feel and look of the house, highlighting the attributes of the house that would make it a prospective buyer's dream home. And finally, the house was ready for photos and to hit the market. Jill priced the house perfectly. The house went under contract in two days, and for an amount above asking! From the date I signed the agreement for Jill to list the house to closing the sale was under a month. All of this was possible due to Jill’s expertise in project management, her network of people to call upon for every situation, her knowledge of the real estate market, and her “can do” attitude. Jill remains calm and professional in every situation. She is a great communicator, providing only the necessary information, and every issue was presented with a solution that she problem-solved prior to bringing it to my attention. Mine was a very emotional and personally challenging sale, and Jill took care of everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and honored my family home. I am so very grateful.

I rent from Beckett, in Columbus, since 2019. Whenever I need something fixed, the company sends someone the next day. I have never had any issues with Beckett. They have always been extremely nice, understanding and I feel like I am renting from a nice family business. If I purchase in OH, I will use this company to represent me. If I want a different rental, I will try my hardest to rent from Beckett. This is by far the best rental company I've ever had in my 30 years of renting/owning. I highly recommend them.
