Agent was very rude! Hung up when I asked for her name. Very unprofessional if you don’t want to work then just stay home. I had to drive all the way to the office just to make a transaction due to agent being rude af. I will be leaving this company after this policy ends, I refuse to continue to give a company my hard earned money when they can’t even hire agents who have basic mannerisms. I had no real issue with this branch until now. Don’t waste your money or time with this branch office. Allstate is a great company but not this branch 👎🏾

Tried to contact my agent multiple times to add a car to my policy and explore my options. There was no answer, and when there was, all I was told was to text a number and send my VIN. That was not the response I was expecting. I decided to add my car myself online.

I’ve been coming to Maria for 3-4 years now and have never had a problem with her, she’s very friendly anytime I have questions about my auto policy she’s a phone call away she’s great with returning calls,gives you great prices even when you feel you can no longer get a discount she finds a way she’s very upfront about policy I’d definitely recommend Maria. Super sweet young lady!!

It's rare when I have to reach out to Beatriz Zaragoza's office. But every time, it has been a disappointment, ver awful with her assistance/ representatives. I always redirect my calls to corporate because they're very pleasant, respectful and have patience. They execute professionalism, so grateful.
