Would leave a negative amount of stars if I could. Lady who answers the phone and is at the front is nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional. Made me feel like an inconvenience for even calling for my previous years tax returns. I have never spoken to someone with such incompetence she threatened to send my information via email with all of my personal information up for grabs for scammers. She also hung up on me. Not to mention it’s free if she does that but $25 if you want a single piece of paper printed. Glad I left them years ago seems that workers and management has only gotten worse! You would be better off anywhere else but here, go find someone that is more than happy to help you with your taxes because you won’t find that here.

Consistent great service from Bean! They handle payroll and workers comp for me and they file all my taxes! As a small startup, dealing with state and federal compliance can be hard but they make it very easy. There have been many times where I felt overwhelmed or had questions about how to handle financial documents and they are always very quick to resolve my issues. I would absolutely recommend!

Emails of lies! Tracy is unethical as they come. Cost us thousands of dollars but she could care less. Excuses after excuses from her and Courtney. Definitely not how they came off on our first call around. Stay away.
