I contacted them three months ago to let them know that I would like to come back to them for insurance. I called back two months ago because I was wondering why I have not received a call back. They said that I had to wait until a month before my policy ended with the company that I have now. I understood. Now it is two days before my policy ends and no calls are emails for the agent that I have there. Not very Happy with Beacon.
