At first I was very pleased with the service, patience in answering questions, and guidance... however earlier this year we had a surprise bill that was double what we was told (single family income, we have to budget accordingly and eventually got it mostly worked out) I asked for clarity and consistency with cost, as any individual would ask, brought it to the accountants attention and recieved an email essentially stating that the individual was not able to let us pay per appt, that they generally dealt with larger businesses and basically said that they suggested looking for a CPA elsewhere. I am old fashioned and expect people that are professionals to keep their word and transparency as I do to them. Lastly, I found multiple mistakes in my tax return from incorrect numbers to complete mistakes that we are having to pay for. Small businesses beware take your hard earned money to a different CPA. Thank you for your time

IN ADDITION: We are having an impossibly HARD time securing a mortgage due to the amount of write offs on our taxes. I asked them to be budgeted...spread out over years and was OK with paying more in if needed. Now because I didn't catch the careless mistake, knowing we wanted to secure a mortgage we will likely have to START OVER our waiting period and wait another 2 years to have 2 years of my husbands real income shown. (because the lender averages the past 2 years) Patty knew this was our next big goal.. and now we have to wait more.

First off I am not affiliated, related to, etc etc.. to anyone at this business however I will say this..I wish they were my family! I own a small business in Charlotte and have used Bayshore CPA's / Peggy since the beginning (March 1998). If you in a business do you know the feeling of never having to worry about when this form or that form or this payment is due? Not only are my forms ready, they are ready weeks beforehand, not the day they're due. I many times feel sorry for Kristina having to descifer through my "monthly bookkeeping folders" that are labeled by month with everything dumped in 😥, never any complaints and very few questions are ever asked because they just know where it goes and the longer they get to know you you basically don't have to worry about anything except getting your bookkeeping turned in (yes, I am the one that is always late in getting that done) but I just put it in a box and ship it to them via UPS, no problems. Very thankful that Bayshore takes into consideration that I am an hour's drive away therefore they go above and beyond to limit my "have to" visits to their office which is fantastic 😁 (however, I do still miss seeing you all 😫)!
And thanks Abby for keeping me on track with everything else, how cool is it to receive an email with a link to digitally sign your tax return Really? Perfect!

So, after this lonnnnnnng review you have absolutely NOTHING to lose by giving Bayshore CPA's in Mooresville NC a call, don't let it stop you if you are not directly in the Mooresville area... That's ok, I promise, you will not regret it, you will not be inconvenienced and you can go to sleep at night knowing ALL that important stuff that us regular people just don't really understand is already filled out and on its way to the IRS, Secretary of State, Dept of Revenue..etc etc
