Where do I even start with this review. Baylen displayed the upmost professionalism throughout the entire process of selling my home. His knowledge of this trade coupled with his energy and modern style thinking, lead this to be the smoothest home sale I have experienced.

To basically explain the above mentioned paragraph short and sweet, Baylen had my home pending sale in less than one week of listing it. He negotiated everything flawlessly for me and closed my house within a month, 10k over asking.

Once I told Baylen I was ready to sale, he came in with his team of landscapers, photographers and home inspections without taking a penny from my pocket. He had my house ready to hit the market within days. He provided me with an accurate time sheet including showing and closing dates with estimated net proceeds.
