I have had insurance through Baxter Insurance for 4 maybe 5 years now & I would NEVER think about leaving! Baxter Insurance isn’t your typical insurance company… your policy comes with the agent!! ?
Joanna is one of the most down to earth & will give it to you straight kinda people! She has been there to answer questions before I was even a customer. She has helped us with our policy on the weekends & when it wasn’t the most convenient for her but she never made me feel like I was a bother or our questions were not important!
We appreciate Joanna & the whole crew at Baxter Insurance… highly recommend!!! 5 out of 5 - THE BEST!!

I hope that Joanna doesn't represent her clients like she represent the motorcycle community. I been trying to contact her about this shirt I bought at the rally. As you can see the decal is not centered and is burnt. I've contacted her several time and she just keeps blowing me off. All I want is a new shirt or my money back.

We had insurance thru another agent. We were not getting the quality customer service. We moved to Mountain Home and Baxter insurance was recommended by friends. After meeting with Joann we were pleasantly surprised. Joanns quote was lower than any quote we had. Joann was professional and a straight shooter. Joann is a wealth of information for anyone moving to the area.

The insurance is a fair price for vehicles and homes . But do yourselves a favor , do some online research if any insurance agency offers unknown insurance companies , some do have less than stellar reviews . And also if you file a claim please get at least 2 estimates from reputable contractors and don't blindly go with a contractor your agent suggests . Getting 3 estimates saved me several thousand dollars .
