Laci was so very helpful tonight. Tara is always kind. She runs an amazing store. Joanna is so kind & helpful. We will by pass the mall Bath-n-Body & drive back to our home store. They are so wonderful & knowledgeable!

Store was clean. Girls were helpful. I was able to come in and use both my coupons. Wish Bath and Body Works would leave some favorites in store lol. I found my grandma one about a year ago and it's no longer in store. I would have to see if it's available online now or not.

Staff is always super friendly and welcome you with a smile. They're also very helpful when looking for a certain item. If they don't have the item you're looking for in the store they will help you by ordering it and having it shipped to the store for you. Definitely recommend this store to anyone. Never have had a bad experience ever.

Great sale, poor customer service. I put my husband's name on the order, already paid for, doesn't take much effort, but he had to call me because they didn't bother to look at the orders after he gave his name.

The staff is very informative polite and helpful. They have great smelling products and organic ones too lol, but really they do. Also if you want a specific item and it's not in store they'll order it for you! Their coupons are essential to your shopping experience lol. It's a great place over all!

I always look so forward to the semi-annual sale, but was a bit disappointed how items that were $3.95 at the beginning of the sale are now $4.95 and some back to full price. Regular price items are starting to get a bit higher than my budget. I've been using B&BW for 30 yrs., but will only be able to purchase when they have sales due to price increases.
