David Mix and Jean Williams sold our home in 5 days! It was a great experience and well thought through. For example, we knew we were moving in August 2023, but were on the fence on waiting until we left Fayetteville in May 2024. David and Jean provided great counsel that maximized our personal situation. They also prepared (took pictures in the Summer since we'd be putting our house on the market in the winter.) They were very attentive to any of our needs and the process was the smoothest I've had. My realtor Larry Marion absolutely cares about his clients. This home buying experience has the been so different from any other. He made sure that I was buying the right house for me by really understanding what I was looking for. Not just now, but a house that would suit my needs for years to come. He walked through tall weeds and through rocky terrain and then went into the crawlspace to help me and my brother look around. He made sure to negotiate the best deal for me and even came to closing with me to make sure the process went smoothly.
