Barry was amazing! He took time to explain everything in detail and saved me almost $200 per month on our auto insurance. Not to mention getting us much more coverage on our home for around the same price we were paying another company. I wish i would have came to them a few years earlier. Very friendly staff! First off, the staff here is incredible. They are eager to help and always friendly. However, my mother had been a customer of state farm for many years, life, home and auto. She passed away leaving her home vacant, and because of this they dropped coverage on her home. The staff was able to help prevent from losing coverage for a year, but bc of legal reasons it's taken me longer than that to settle her estate. So now I'm left with no coverage and unable to find coverage unless I lie and say I live there. Barry Collins staff is awesome, State Farm treats thier long time customers like garbage. Which is why I'm only giving 3 stars.

I personally would like to highlight Liz at State Farm for my fantastic experience. I recently switched home owner insurance she made transition smooth. Liz demonstrated extreme patient as she compared my old homeowner policy line by line with homeowner policy State Farm was offering. People please know I had ton of questions.
