Came in today for my appt early and was met with nothing but professional and courteous help. Went thru my needs and they took it from there. I was called and told what needed to be done and they took care of my Magic Deci boat and did it in one day and were very cost conscious! Office staff was very helpful and made the billing easy.

Found an issue on my boat and called into Barrett Marine, they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable, within a few days my boat was picked up by them, the issue was found to be a bad battery, which they had in stock and replaced immediately for me. Sierra at Barrett Marine has been my savior twice in the last two weeks. I had my children out for a week in Havasu and ended up with an electrical issue which they fixed and saved Day 2 and 3 of the trip. Day 4 had an impeller failure which she was able to squeeze me in a week later in super busy time of the year.

They did great work, fixed an oil leak issue that was unknown, fixed the impeller, gave me back the broken parts and even educated me on the issues so I know what to look for the next time.

This is the only place I will take my Eliminator 230 Eagle to in Lake Havasu. Very nice people who really care to get you back on the water as fast as possible.

I have dealt with AJ and Roy at Barrett Custom Marine for several years and multiple boats now. The last was a complete Jet rebuild as well as multiple structural and aesthetic upgrades to my 22 foot Deckboat.
