I trusted them for 15 years but shouldn't have! They tacked on unneeded items onto both my car insurance and home owners insurance. For instance, custom equipment on all 3 vehicles that we had coverage on. They never asked me and I would never have asked to pay $60 a month for that coverage on vehicles that do not need it. There was coverage for watercraft added to my homeowners policy, we don't have anything where that would be needed. I will be saving $3,200 a year by switching to Farm Burea! When I called to cancel I was asked why and I explained all the above and all I got was "I understand". After 15 years our business meant nothing to them. I wish I could rate 0 stars! If you have insurance already with them, I suggest checking every line.

Incorrectly, I was sent to this office to pay a bill for my insurance. The information was wrong, so she could not assist me w my bill, that part is understandable. But the lady at the front desk, that dealt w me, has no business being in customer service. Her response was, "What am I supposed to do with cash?" No smile, no friendly demenour, just a frown and rudeness. I know one thing, I'll never get insurance from them, if I'd have to deal with her.
