When creating a business plan, a lot of people like myself begin to think that they can take on the challenge. After a few weeks I gave up and began searching for companies that create them. I found Bargain Business Plan and gave them a call, their price and turn around time was amazing! So glad I found them! Will definitely use them on my future endeavors.

I had the most pathetic experience with the company. Unprofessional, unethical, non-responsive are few qualities of the Bargain Business Plan.
I signed up to write a business plan for a restaurant start-up. Sales provided me complete assurance that things will go smoothly and in time, and I took the SBA Business Plan package on April 16th. The expectation was I would have the final version of the document in mid-May.

The real fun started when I received the first draft around May 3rd. Forget about having a professionally finished document; an undergrad would have done better on a college project. Few lines from the response from the initial email
"I was expecting more, something like the same which was provided to me when I signup."
"It is missing the structure and clear message from the executive summary section. The sample document is structured and delivers a clear message.
When I started reviewing, I could not put my finger on this but was not feeling right about it. When I re-reviewed the sample document, I was able to get this."
"Not sure where is Sales Projection coming from? Majority of the menu is vegetarian as explained in the call with xxx(NoNames). I provided the menu also attached to this email"

I had to go through the whole document 3-4 times and provided two-page feedback, which included a complete change to the backbone of the financial section, the sales categories. They pick up some random restaurant sales category even after I shared my entire menu, which clearly defined all types.

Throughout the whole of May with multiple revisions and corrections. I end up writing the whole document by myself, for which I paid money to Bargain Business Plan. I needed this document for leasing the place, and the worst part is, by the beginning of June, I lost the edge of being a single person interested in the property now.

After multiple follow-up emails and phone calls (voicemails), I still have not received the business plan document or any response from them; STRAIGHT NO RESPONSE, the same people who will call you twice a day before they made the sale.

If you are thinking about using their services, better do it yourself; working with them is just a waste of money and, most crucial, WASTE OF TIME.

My document is still not done, and I am hanging in the middle for my proposal.

This place is a scam!! Spend your money someplace else. Shawn Darbin will tell you everything you want to hear to get your business. It took him over 4 months to deliver my business plan to me and I ended up doing a lot of the work myself! Be prepared for 7-10 day turnarounds for very minor text changes, revisions that revert back to previous copies, many corrections not done or even remembered. Shawn is highly unorganized, very forgetful, and does not pay attention to details. He does everything piecemeal to pacify you and stall for time.
