The Bank of Whittier has fantastic customer service. I contacted them about a home mortgage loan and the possibility of a car loan and they were more than willing to send me an application to my email. The representative explained that the application could be filled out on Adobe on a computer and the pages that needed a signature could be faxed.

Overall, it was a great experience to talk with the Bank of Whittier loan department on the phone. If you have any questions they will be happy to answer them.

I opened a checking account yesterday. I could not believe how kind and friendly everyone was!! This is the best customer service I have ever received by a bank or any other company for that matter. Lots of handshakes and smiles. One kind gentleman even brought me a cold drink while I was filling out paperwork. 😊 My highest recommendation to all those that are tired of terrible service at other banks and credit unions. Impossible to work with. Spoke with Dr. Yahia Abdul-Rahman, who is the CEO is the company, was not helpful at all. Very disorganized and won’t talk to my real estate agent or my attorney regarding any updates.
