This is my least favorite branch of all to visit. The tellers act like it's such a chore to locate my account number. It's always a relatively unpleasant experience to deposit or withdraw in-person, which I have to resort to since their ATMs take so many business days to process.

So I went in today to exchange some foreign currency and it took them 25 min. To exchange 1 bill. When I told Angie that I was going to leave a review she asked if we wanted to talk to the manager in a disgruntled tone we said no that we were just gonna leave a review and Kelly the manager came out of nowhere wanting to know what the problem was. We explained there was no problem and she continued to stare us down as we left . It's a weird vibe in there. The bank was empty shouldn't have took long.

Terrible customer service. Horrible bank, period. My mother in law just lost her husband and her step daughter was trying to get her money from their acct. So instead of helping her they just closed her acct. Brought her a check and said they no longer wanted her as a customer. She was with them for years. But because her step daughter a known person in town was a part of it. They just hurt her. They don't care about the average person at all. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I have been to this bank two times. Today was my third time. I'm a caregiver and always treat people with respect. Today this bank made me feel like a criminal. Obviously this woman doesn't know what customer service means. I will never go back to this bank. Be aware when you go to this bank , avoid Virginia. She is one rude and disrespectful woman.

Used to be a good bank, now they do everything in their power to steal money from you and keep your bills from getting paid. Have had regular issues with this branch never calling me back, never fixing issues. I have had to go to a different branch twice just to resolve my account because they refuse to be of assistance. Worse bank ever.

Its a great bank if you can go in. Because you sure can't call. They make it even harder to get through to customer service on the phone than Sutter Health does, and that's really saying something. Ridiculous phone relay system.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you have something wrong or not properly filled out they make you feel like a criminal and make a big deal out of it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Left the bank feeling so degraded. Workers are rude and unhelpful.

I've been with them since I moved into Lodi in 2000 and my husband has been with them since he moved here in '91...they are wonderful, Walter Linda and their crew are AWWSOME! 👍👍👍
