When I decided to retire, being self employed, I needed to make a lot of financial decisions. I had no 401k or retirement plan set up. A friend told me about Gaston and Bangerter Financial. He had properties to sell (as I did also) and we both had the same question. What about capital gains? I had heard of the 1031 exchange way to go, but I did not want to be a landlord! After all, I was retiring and did not want to worry about people not paying their rent, turning into squatters, constantly repairing things and God forbid trashing my homes! The rent income from my homes WAS my retirement money to live on. So I had be careful and be smart. When I heard about DST’s as a way to receive a 1031 exchange and not pay capital gains! I was thrilled! It gave me more than enough to live on and kept my original investment to pass on to my children. And Gaston handles it all for me. Although I was skeptical at first since my whole life depended on this investment, I soon began to trust and rely on Gaston. The payments have come exactly as Gaston had promised and I have the peace of mind of not worrying about it. That’s what retirement should be. I have been able to travel, spend time with my family and friends and enjoy my new chapter in life! Thank you Gaston! I’m going to adopt you!

We were completely naive to the whole DST specialty niche, and actually met Gaston at one of his seminars. Gaston was absolutely wonderful to work with as he patiently guided us through the process. Always prompt with his replies to my questions. Taking the time to make sure we understood the BIG picture and letting us know before hand all the steps that would be coming and the exact timing of when we needed to do them by. By the time our property sold, we already had all the steps set up and ready to go. Making the transition easy, so when Gaston and his third party team members went to work, it all happened just as he said it would.
