I have had a policy for 2 years now with Nationwide using the agency and before I moved from Tampa Bay FL area I was paying way less then 200 for FULL coverage on one vehicle. Moved here above 200? But also in FL I have had before two vehicles on a progressive and an Allstate policie never more then 300. I have called countless times to get a quote for mobile home insurance and to check on the status of such quote that I've asked about. With no lock and no call back of any information. I have also expressed with my last policy renewal in beginning of year that I do not wish to continue if my policy goes up. Over time you get so caught up with kids in life that I didn't think to call other agencies because they have the same information in front of them when they pull your info. Last week I had two other agencies pull quotes for me my coverage stayed the exact same I went from 263 to 163 a huge difference! How come this agency has not given a quote that I have asked for multiple times over the last 2 years why have they given me a policy that is way overpriced when clearly I can get a policy for cheaper. And to add to the frustrations when I need my documents ( new id) I have to call and specifically asked them to email them to me because I don't get document nor do I get policy break down information. Do not recommend them. 0 stars
