Saw this bank online in a video with KULT NEWS and the staff were extremely friendly and professional UNLIKE many many other banks that are quick to call police and have an attitude even though you’re NOT even on their property.

Best banking experience we've ever had! Love this bank as a whole, but especially at the downtown branch location -- SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!

So nice to be treated as a human and not a number. As in, we know our acct # but it's not needed, they know who we ARE when we walk in about 1-2x/month or even if we call! Beat that at a large bank!

Such a friendly, personable staff -- from Diana, Heather, Marci, & Cindy to the admin staff, Rita & Lisa! We enjoy banking here in a true community setting! (Miss those that no longer work there: Bailey especially, but also Virginia, Sara, & Matthew!)

We've never experienced any issues and have always felt very safe!

I just watched Jerry and his female associate, didn’t catch her name, literally be the Nicest, Most Professional Representation of your bank and its employees and how to treat people. Refreshing to see there’s still people like them. I hope BAC Community Bank EXPANDS across the Entire country if that’s the type of employees that work there.

I just watched how the employees of this bank treated a citizen taking pictures in public. All I can say is I wish we had this bank in Western New York. Awesome training, i hope you keep up the great work.

We've probably had about five notarizations done at this branch in the past, but this past time we went in, the notary said she'd have to charge us this time. When we opened out three accounts there, that was one of their selling points. When asked, she said she usually gives a few complimentary notarizations. Well, that would be at least nine notaizations for our three accounts. Further irritating the issue is the fact that they recently closed down the branch closest to us, and so when we called in to make the appointment, they could have mentioned they would have to start charging us going forward. Or at a minimum they could have notarized this document and say in the future we'll have to start charging you.
It's not a big thing, but in these days when service is no longer a thing, those little things add up. Time to switch banks - just for the principle. It was annoying anyway to have to login online once a month, and use my debit card 13 times a month in order to get interest on my account for that month.
BTW, drove down the street to US Bank in safeway, with no appointment, and got the document notarized. They said it's always free.
