Not happy, they have my taxes and paperwork already and still filed an extension? you do not have an accountant with personalized service. unfortunately can't recommend them has they are no match for the best accountant I ever had the advice and financial planning was the best.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had an awful experience with B&G. The firm does not conduct clear and professional communications. They filed my taxes in 2021 (after MANY hurdles) and when I asked about a letter from the IRS regarding a penalty for 2021 tax year, they ignored my multiple emails for weeks. For a firm that’s supposed to help you keep your (tax) life in order, they’re doing a terrible job.

We've have using this place/business for a few years, Brenda was an awesome person, very professional and helpful. She prepped us for change of ownership and the new owners picked up our account and have continued to treat us very well. We appreciate having a place to turn to for all our business tax questions. Beware I used them for the last 2 years to prepare my taxes and both years they made multiple mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone with the poor service and then the mistakes they made on my tax returns it ended up costing me more money to have a professional fix them.
