Hours listed are not accurate. THEY ARE NOT OPEN SATURDAY MORNING, THEY ARE LYING!!! I waited 30 minutes for him to open and after finally getting his help, I had to leave empty handed. Better off going anywhere else, if you actually need anything. I totally wasted my time here😡

Yesterday I went to get a copy of keys that I needed. This old woman I think her name was Maribel wasn’t welcoming at all. Talking to me with impatience. Now today I go to get a refund and she does the same thing to me. Asks me a bunch of questions cuts me off before I could respond and clearly not listening to me while I’m answering her questions because she repeats the same question. She was talking down to me the whole time acting as if I’m stupid. Then to top it off she slams my money and my receipt on the table. I’ve been coming to this hardware store for years and not once had I ever had an experience like this.

Don’t boast early Saturday hours if you have a sign on your door that says you’re open from 10:00am. Wasted my time. Change it on google and I’ll change my review.

It's definitely small so the variety in what they have isn't extreme, but if you're looking for something in a hardware store they should be able to help you. Price wise it seems fine to me, could I save more buying a pack of 5 instead of a single item here, maybe? But I need 1 now and not 5 later a lot of the time so it's good to have a spot in the neighborhood to pick up the odd spare tool or part. They also tend to know where things are pretty quickly so no wasted time. I've walked in and asked for something and been told after a second of thought nope don't have that, and I appreciate that as much sometimes as I do them having what I was looking for lol. I've often been pointed right to the section I need to and been out with my purchase in a couple of minutes.
