These guys have been great. Switched to them to try out as an FFL for my firearm orders as the other place nearby wasn't bad, but a bit of an off vibe for me, and I'm glad I did. Way better experience. Had 2 transactions with 2 different employees and both were much better than what I normally expect from a pawn shop. I'm bad at remembering names or I'd mention them, and it's been a couple months so it's a late review too. But last time I was there picking up my S&W Bodyguard 2.0, just got to chatting while waiting for the background check to clear and they were more than cool with some conversation, jokes and answering questions. Even let me play the guitar with the "do not touch" sign they had on display with the obligatory "no Stairway" joke from Waynes World lol, and one of the guys even gave me a free box of Winchester .380 JHP as I was checking out. It was missing a few rounds so he couldn't sell it. Not my preferred ammo but HP rounds aren't the cheapest so that was a huge bonus. They also had some pretty good prices on 5.56/.223 (at the time and compared to where I usually get ammo) so grabbed a few boxes of those. But its a nice clean place with a good amount of items to check out while I wait and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely my go to now, and still the lowest transfer fee compared to almost everyone else.

I had previously stopped at a pawn shop down the road and wasn’t even acknowledge when I entered the shop. I decided to leave and was very happy with B&B they showed customer service that should be expected from any establishment. They also offered fair pricing for what I was just going to take to the goodwill.

Employees were affable, sympathetic, nonpressuring, thorough and offered us a fair price. They even answered my husband's billion questions (which were usually off topic or from another universe) and educated him along the way. Will definitely be back and recommend them to the friends and family .

I called Daniel at B and B pawn shop and spoke to Daniel. He said he would buy some of my gold coins. I went to B and B pawn shop and met Daniel there and he gave me a great price on my gold. I was happy with the price I got for my gold, but also was very happy with the customer service I got from Daniel. I found him to friendly, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Daniel and B and B pawn shop to do business with.

Excellent customer service!!!
Had to pawn some items and they gave me great prices
They have a lot of cool things at the store
Store Manager Daniel P was very helpful and informative
while Christian helped me with all my paperwork and helped me decide which tool to buy.
Both guys were awesome, and I would definitely come back to buy some gifts at Xmas time.
