Terrible. The renter was at work so a neighbor let him in. Upon completion he brings me inside to show me what he couldn't fix on my dishwasher and told me to get some double sided tape and stick it on there for stability. What is most bothersome is my stovetop! Look at all the sawdust and junk he left on my stove !? What company does that? Everyone I've ever done business with has left the area clean as it was, wiped down the new appliances and you never knew they were there. This is poor work ethics at its finest. Notice the bright red light on the stove, he accidentally turned it on and it got hot enough that light stayed on for ten mins or more, worse there was a tea towel sitting on the stovetop ! I said kinda a fire hazard don't you think? He said ya I did that last week ! ? What ? And learned nothing I see. Way to go. My dog was there alone.
BnB I strongly recommend that you set some level of work ethic for your crews. This should not be a normal day of business.
I don't know if it's just this guy, I had someone else deliver a stove months ago and he did not leave my place like this one did. He wiped it down and even tightened my wobbly fridge without me asking. So I'm thinking it's just a lazy worker hopefully having an off day.
Update. I did speak with their office and they were very nice and said this isn't normal and they would address it. So hopefully it's a one time , well two times issue that's getting resolved. Judging by other reviews and my experience I'd say give it a shot if your needing something cheaper than brand new. They have good prices and decent items.

I moved out-of-state a few years back and took my Speed Queen washer and dryer with me, which were brand new out-of-box with manufacturer warranty from B&B in 2018, as well as an upright freezer also from B&B. Zero issues. Recently the water fill valve started to fail on my washer and being that the machine was past warranty, I called multiple service companies in my state and could not find a tech to service my machine. Assuming my machine was a loss, I ordered an all-in-one GE washer/dryer combo from Lowe’s during a sale. A week later, I called Lowe’s and they had completely lost my order. I spent FOUR hours on the phone trying to get corporate to fix the issue and they refused to match the sale price I had secured a week prior—even though it was their fault they’d lost my order! It was approaching Christmas and I was frustrated, so I called B&B. They not only correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone (!) with my Speed Queen but also kindly ordered me the part and had it shipped to my house in 3 days! They told me what tool to buy (cheap) and sent a YouTube video instruction. I fixed the washer in 35 mins with my four year old and canceled my reordered order with Lowe’s. Good riddance!! Shop local, support small businesses, and give them a call!! Saved me over $1500 on a purchase I didn’t need. Thank you, B&B!! Customer for life.

B&B Appliances helped us get a new fridge. No pressure. Just pick what you like. Great team on Bell Rd in Surprise, AZ. The handles were scratched, but we wanted Whirlpool. Handle covers were an easy fix.

Today a gentleman named Tu came and worked on my dryer. He was not only informative and shared step by step what he found as he worked on my dryer, but he was so courteous and respectful. I have used B&B a lot for my rental properties and always find their service great. But today it seemed exceptional!

I recommend this store because their prices are reasonable and they were very helpful. Yes, a few days ago I bought a washer and a dryer at B & B appliances on 331 E Dulanp Ave. By mistake, I purchased a gas dryer. On the delivery day, we realized I needed an Electric one. The person doing the installation call the store and the Manager, Clint, came to help. He was able to find a solution for me in a short period of time and without charging me much extra.
