I spent a thirty year career in insurance as an underwriter working with small agencies and national brokers, so I know of what I write.

My previous property agent (company captive) cancelled my property coverage because of a claim made four years previous. I contacted several agencies and none could place all my coverages. I found this extremely frustrating as the renewal dates was quickly approaching.

I called AzCal and immediately spoke with Emily who was sympathetic to my situation and was eager to help. She advised that she would investigate insurers, coverage, premiums and let me know. A short while later she solved my problem on property and auto coverage at a better price than I previously paid.

I spoke with Emily recently concerning the renewal my auto coverage. Emily took the time to learn my current driving situation, renew my policy with a minimum increase all why we were speaking. This is what I call outstanding customer service, something I believe is lacking these days.

Janelle and her team are extremely great at what they do. They actually work for the customer getting them the best rate with the best coverage. I signed up with them 5 yrs ago.
