We use the AZ Insurance Team exclusively for all our properties in Arizona. They are very knowledgeable about the special requirements for properties under renovation. The entire team is highly responsive to our requests and questions. For our most recent property, Tyra Walker processed the application through to a bound policy in less than 1 day! No question I will contact immediately for our next property!

I had a very terrible experience with Az Insurance Team. They cancelled the wrong policy leaving my autos completely uninsured for 3 weeks. When I called to get it fixed, Tyra brushed me off saying it was almost 5:00 and most likely they would deal with it on Monday. I even asked if my car insurance can be reinstated and she said no because apparently she can’t see the old policy. I asked what am I supposed to do then since I have no car insurance. Because of that I had to scramble to find new insurance and I ended up paying a higher premium due to the lapse in coverage. Then after hours the owner finally decided to call me but by that time I was already on the phone with a much more efficient agent setting my new policy.

This kind of negligence and urgency is unacceptable. If you are looking for a company that cares, I’d suggest to look elsewhere.

It was my new agent that caused the cancellation of my car policy since in the cancellation form, it stated homeowners policy but with the car insurance policy number, hence my car insurance policy was cancelled.

The owner of the agency reached out to me later but cannot respond to them since I was busy talking to my new agent about getting a new car policy. Today, I called my car insurance and they transferred me to AZ Insurance team. This time, they were able to reinstate my car insurance policy by just paying the three months arrears on the premium. I am very thankful for that since I will not be paying a higher premium.
