I worked with Award Reality and specifically with Gene in having my mom's house put on the market as she was moving closer to me and I am her assigned Trustee for her estate. As I am remote it took some extra effort to ensure everything was done to list the house, look at opportunities to upgrade the house within a budget, and also work through the entire Covid challenge that is currently going on. Award reality and Gene were there every step of the way, kept me informed, and went out of there way to ensure the successful sale of my mother's home. Annette and Kevin Wurgler at Award Realty were fantastic to work with. They really listened to what I was saying and found properties for me to look at while working on selling my property. Just arrived home 1:10 from an open house, started noon @9539 Willowbrook, but REagent couldn't be bothered to show up. Why bother advertising open houses?

We had a multi million dollar producer the was involved in three different houses for my family and on the second he missed represented the air conditioner on the documents the buyer and they demanded a replacement he came to my family and wanted us to for his error we refused and he had to take it out of his commission this we found when we went to pick up our mail that was caught up in the transition he sold us the house we our home that we currently live in the air conditioner was blowing hot air we hired a repair man he put freon in it and told ua the serial number was scratched off and that he couldn't find the parts necessary to fix it it costs over 7000 that's after our handy man was installing some lights and he was crawing to get to the area to put the new lights in he put his knee down and was thrown back as he landed on a live wire that was not connected to anything it was stated that the house was inspected for termites when packing things away in the garage there was spackle and kills in several places of the cabinets the summer came 3 months later and we had several brown mounds coming out not only in the garage but in the closet beam on the porch inside the wall on the porch we hired a pest control company they told us it was termites and they have been their for awhile we lived in this house for 3 months okay we'll let it go we paid the 2000 to get it done correctly they had to drill holes all the way around the house including on the front porch where we had tile installed now we have concrete marks all around the perimeter witch takes away from the beauty of what we spent our own money on the windows in the master bedroom would not stay up the room was extremely hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter we had to replace 5 windows and both sliding glass doors because the weather stripping was gone so a house that was sold as move in ready costs over a hundred thousand dollars now we here two yrs and we have a micro burst hit the neighborhood and 22 houses we hit 217 single were blown off ours when they came to replace the roof we were informed that our roof was illegal as it had 3 layers your only allowed two the insurance paid for the new roof yet we had to pay the 2500 deductible my mom fell and broke several several places we had to replace the master bathroom and make it handicap assessable. Now we have a brand new house completely that was promoted as move in ready here's the real kicker after she has to pay for all and pay a sizeable down so she would not have a large mortgage payment this took all her savings she lucky to have 200 bucks at the end of the month she had to get on food stamps to eat but Micheal got his three commission walked away here oh I forgot we even had to replace the hot water heater we called Michael for a reference as none of this other stuff hadn't happen at this point we took on the cuff and still were on speaking terms so now we have to replace the hot water heater 1000 dollars later he tells her she has to pay cash she has to go to to banks to withdraw the money she comes back gives him the money and he asks me to take the installer home as he has another appointment on the way to his house I ask his him how much do you make
