Good luck if you were hit by one of their policyholders. When I first saw the low rating, I thought "Well, rarely does anyone like working with an insurance agency, and usually people are upset about the situations they're placed in, the reviews are probably inflated." NOPE, they deserve their 1.9 star rating. I suppose because they're always on vacation is why it takes weeks for any progress. Every time I call their people are out of office. Adjusters are inconsistent in their information, as well. My first one told me I'd get a rental for two weeks after my car was deemed totaled, the second adjuster told me I only had a week until I had to return it. And when they finally deem your car totaled, they outsource the rest of the process to Copart, who outsources their call center out of the US, who will harass you for information multiple times during the work day that you've already provided

I'm a car dealer and have been paying for millions in Garage Liability for 6 years with them. No claims ever. We had our first claim and they denied it because a box wasn't checked on the policy. We have IN WRITING where we asked them about that 4 times in the last 6 years and they stated not to worry about it, and that it didn't need to be checked, and that we were covered. LIES! Now they are using that to deny a claim, which will end up costing us tens of thousands of dollars. They will be hearing from my attorney but I always wanted to let everyone know to steer clear of this company!

I love these guys. They handle my business insurance. I hoped i never had to call em. After 19 years of a perfect track record life happend and we had a pipe burst on a job we just finished. Most stressful experience of career. These guys were my only friends that week and had my back the entire time. Thank you. I hope i never have to make that phone call again but if i did, wouldn't want to make it to anyone else

Absolutely horrible! They don’t keep expectations that they set for callbacks, payments, etc. Don’t do business with them! Surprising that Auto Owners bought them and are supposed to be a reputable company.

Absolutely horrible company!!!!
We were with them for almost a year for our general liability when we had to file our 1st big claim.
They found a loophole in contract to deny coverage for our general liability and immediately dropped us within 30 days.
They left us hung out to dry with no coverage or defense for our case, leaving us with tens of thousands in lawyer fees!!!!
They do not care about their clients at all and will leave you hanging dry at the drop of a dime!!!
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE AND USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL DROP YOU AND LEAVE YOU DEFENSELESS!!!!!

Terrible company, they canceled our insurance over a simple question and also tried to raise our rates! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR COVERAGE!

Despicable their dealings with people going through a hard time. Misleading and they delegate you to other insurance companies when they the ones at fault. One adjuster says one thing the other says something else. No followup and false promises. Managers never call back and are either in meetings or on vacation.

They will cancel your insurance and never reimburse your premium. If you don’t get into an accident they get to keep the money!!! And if you do get into an accident, they say you don’t have a policy and they keep your money. Their policy isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. I’m going to devote a few hours a day to ruin their business like they did mine!!!
