When you hire an accounting firm to doing your taxes, you expect a few things. Communication, Expertise and for that agency to double check all information before sending information in to the IRS. We gave them the past years tax returns, all government documentation, and other accompanying docs. ATA sent our 2022 tax returns in to the IRS with the wrong company name on them, when they could have avoided this by looking at the accepted and processed tax returns from 2021. They also didn't file a change for prior to filing our 1120-S tax returns to become a recognized S-Corporation. So it's 2024 and our taxes for 2022 still have no processed. They blamed the error on us and said they couldn't have known the error existed. But with having had the previous year's accepted and processed return, they did have all of the correct info. They even told us that we would need to find another firm for filing this year. All in all we are giving 2 stars, which is generous.

Went to them with an identity theft problem with the IRS. Said he could fix it with a phone call. charged me 300 dollars, and now the IRS has added another 1000 to the bill. I could of done nothing and got that
