A big shout out to Bryan. He called me to ask some questions and update some info, and am I glad he did! When we moved to Arkansas we needed to find a new State Farm agent. We found Ashley Haven's office and I can't say enough good things about them! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful and nice! Ashley also took the time to sit down with us and review all of our coverages to make sure we understood them and to be sure it was still what we needed. We wanted life insurance and she walked us through all the options so we could choose what was right for us. Any question or request we have, they just make it quick and easy! After contacting four different insurance agency's in the area, we decided to go with Ashley Havens. They were not the least expensive, but you know the saying about "You get what you pay for", that is the case here. It is because of our agent Bryan Roberts friendliness, knowledge, and communication that gave us that warm fuzzy feeling that this is where we needed to be. After 5 years of being on auto pay my bill all the sudden went up $100 and when calling in to discuss it the owner herself called me back to let me know it wasn’t the agency it was my fault and then proceeded to tell me my rate was my rate. Very rude and extremely poor customer service.

Kiersten Strain is hands down the BEST STATE FARM REP EVER! She was able to save me so much money on my car insurance and she did it all with a big smile on her face! She's efficient, knowledgeable, and just an all-around amazing person to work with. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment at the end of lunch hour one of our staff was out for lunch another one was off for some reason I forget what and Ashley Havens came out and said she was with a client she would be with me shortly offered coffee soda or water and attic precisely my appointment time she was ready for me.
