Very pleasant experience! Took my 4 year old son, and he’s autistic and waiting inside the offices is not he’s cup of tea but everyone was so friendly that my son wasn’t bothered at all by waiting. They managed to do the exam, even tho my son wouldn’t stay still or wanted to put the eyedrops, but they were very patient and friendly with my son and I highly appreciate that. Thanks to everyone at the office.

Kind person who took my call got me a same-day appointment for my eye emergency. Front desk nice and efficient. Assistants very helpful. I was Impressed with the optometrist's friendliness and professional manner. I've found the Eye practice I've been looking for.

I like the doctors and the assistants, however I was very disappointed in the long wait to be seen. I had an appointment, but sat in the waiting area for almost an hour. That is ridiculous! I don’t know if they over booked or what the problem was. Dr. Oswald, is very kind and caring. If it weren’t for him, I would have rated this visit a zero!

Went in for my first visit to get established ! BEST experience at an eye doctor I have ever had! The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. Dr Krempecki was very knowledgable and showed me the best options for my eye situation.

My whole family goes there. Wonderful staff. Angela at front desk was a super woman at multitasking. Adam has been so personable and detail oriented every time I’ve been there. Very friendly. Hard working and very knowledgable. They work hard to accommodate a growing rural community and ensure that everyone has access to eye care. I would recommend them to anyone.
