Extremely rude.
I had called because I had a some questions, the lady was extremely rude. I told her I had a few questions and she said hold on and I said okay then she proceeded to tell me “hold on” in a rude tone I then said “oh I am sorry” then she said it once again then put me on hold and hung up on me after a minute later. I tried calling again but no answer. This is no way of speaking to a customer. I work with people all the time and have stressful days at work and not once do I speak to customers rudely. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional.
