Screw ASE Credit Union. I paid off my loan years ago and they still held my TITLE hostage for an account that turned out not even to be mine. They said they would send my property to me immediately but I guess that was just a lie. Called in again and the lady said I couldn't pick it up in person which is again...a lie. Said they would have to mail it. Cool. I asked if they would send it certified and they said it was "too expensive". Oh I see how it is, so for the 5 years I had the bike they required me to get full coverage insurance but when I needed insurance they can't be bothered to pay a little extra to INSURE safe delivery.

Worst credit union I've ever dealt with. Stay away.

Friendly people, but false advertising. It is your life, but definitely not "your goals." Typical greed-centered bankers not willing to help. Perfect payment record for 30+ years, excellent credit score, and they won't even talk about it. They act like we will default in less than six months. Insulting. We were going to move all our banking business to this institution, but their bad attitude changed that plan in a big hurry. We just needed a little help.

My dad bank with this credit union and he just passed away on June 6th and I am his biological daughter when my step sister which is not his biological daughter is giving me a hard time and I tried to show that he is deceased and they refuse to help me

If I could give them negative star I would. Representative Lisa woodlief is highly racist. She Always threatens me to take my car if I’m late On a payment. They have representative name Hope that is great but the car loan side of this banking business is HORRIBLE. They added $5000 to my account because of my insurance lapse. If you’re black don’t go here they will profile the s out of you.

My preferred teller is "Maggie" but staff is very friendly, efficient, and customer service is always a top priority. They make an effort to interact with customers on a personal level, which reinforces the concept of relationship banking.... I appreciate being greeted and recognized immediately upon entry.

I love ASE CU Downtown location. I get great quality service EVERYTIME I go there. I do not consider myself as a customer when I do my banking with ASE CU Downtown, I consider myself as a family member. I get warm smiles and friendly service from the staff members EVERYTIME I enter the building. You can expect that friendly service from the branch manager Mike; to the loan unit, Katrina and Jessica; and not to forget the best tellers ever, my Chandler, Brittany, Maggie and DeMarcus. If you want the best rates for any financial need to be serviced by the most professional, courteous and caring group of staff members ever, go to ASE CU Downtown location. As a matter of fact, when you go by there tell them Ms. Wanda says hi!?
