We purchased an extended warranty for a van bought less than a year ago, and I am SO glad we did. We had multiple issues, and it meed major unexpected repairs. I am so thankful to have the amazing customer service from ASC. They literally took care of everything for me. It was so easy and hassle -free. The best part in my scenario, was that I dealt with the same person everything single time. He was very polite and worked very efficiently with the repair shop to get everything handled for me. Now, my van is back and running better than ever. They also did a courtesy call just to make sure that I was all set. Highly recommend ASC Warranty Company.

I recently had issues with my 2017 Highlander. It was leaking oil and I took it to a dependable shop I'd used before. ASC called me and asked about the problem, etc. They were very pleasant and I expected it as I'd used them before. the warranty saved me saved me several thousand and everything was covered on the factory like warranty. I bought this 2 years ago for both our cars. Had to use it on my wife's '18 Acura RDX last year and my '17 last year for a front axle replacement. It's more than paid for it on both vehicles. ASC does what they say they'll do and you get to talk to a live person thank goodness. Highly recommend them! I never purchased a warranty before but I'll always have one from ASC on future purchasess.

Update edit number two; dealership is the saying they themselves are the only ones allowed to void this contract. Not the warranty company. So what was that paper for?
update/edit: I called the place that finances the vehicle and they had a different phone number for this place. That phone number seems to be more helpful so far. They sent me the form to have the contract deleted so depending on how that goes through I will update my stars!

dealership wants to sneak this protection plan on customers For $1500. I just watched another customer leave with several repairs needed with their vehicle that aren't getting fixed by the dealership. this place answers the phone like they're gonna be helpful just to tell you to deal with the dealership. I asked her why does she need all my information (Which I gave her just fine), for a general rule That applies to everybody?! Something sketchy going on here. can't even get them to help you get a tow. Had to tow the van up there twice before the first payment is even due!

Didn't think I'd ever be writing a positive review for an extended warranty company, but here we are. I recently bought a used vehicle and purchased the factory coverage from ASC. I was admittedly extremely hesitant at first given all of the negative things you hear about extended warranty companies denying claims, but it has been an incredible experience so far. We had a fairly large repair come up and my mechanic called and had an approved claim within 15 minutes. He said that he was shocked that it was such a smooth process. Very happy that we got the extra coverage and will definitely be purchasing again for future cars.

I had an issue with my 2018 BMW 530e where was a leak on my oil coolant. After the estimate was given to me and my BMW rep called my extended warranty the ASC Agent called me within hours, I was very impressed. She told me that the dealership was estimating the work to take 2 more hours than the ASC warranty would cover and I asked her to call them back and represent my case (argue about the amount of time it should take to do the work) and she got them to lower the amount of time it would take to fix the issue. Bottom line I only had to pay the tax portion of the bill and it was a very high amount of money to fix the issue. I couldn't be happier with my extended warranty and the friendly/professional service they provided for me. I would highly recommend this extended warranty company to my friends and family if they need one and it has already paid for itself after one claim. THANK YOU ASC!

The process is super easy, you always get a live person on the phone, and they pay very quickly. I can't say enough how important it is in my line of work to not be stuck on the phone forever trying to get a claim approved, and they take care of their customers quickly. I have had two separate claims using this warranty the service was great. Even my mechanic said they were easy to work with. It would be nice if some of the diagnostic costs were covered but even so I have saved over 1200.00 on my two claims.

I thought they did fantastic, I didn't have to do anything, other than take the car to a certified repair shop. The repair shop and ASC handled everything. No hassles no hoops to jump through, just absolutely great service. I've never been happier with a warranty claim in my life. Way easier than going to the dealership and trying to get something done on warranty. FANTASTIC PERIOD and the price for the warranty is dirt cheap in my opinion. My only regret is my car's to old to upgrade to the maximum warranty they provide.
