Fast service. I have a spotty driving record and they were able to locate me coverage rather quickly for a reasonable amount.

I give them 4/5 because I had called before I got there and asked them if they took debit cards, as i was trying to create a policy, and so I'd know if I needed to stop at a bank. The employee said yes.

So I show up on my lunch break to start a policy to find out that the startup down payment is cash, monthly payments are able to be paid via debit.

I had to leave there go to a bank and come back to finish the sign up process. This made me a little late back from lunch.

Other than this, the place has been great!

So unprofessional!! Wasn’t given any information when I got the insurance . I was handed one single paper and told there’s your insurance. When I called to make the payment the lady put me on hold and then never came back! Today I tried calling again to make payment and the number rang and rang so I disconnected. I then called back and now the line is disconnected? Ridiculous service

They don't pick the damn phone up, just called 27 times to pay on it and nobody I repeat nobody answered!!!! Definitely going with a place that properly handles customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies are nice insurance is cheap but I do NOT recommend them. If your wanting to get your car fixed from a third party insurance company they pair u up with good luck. Specifically trexis. The customer service is so bad and they haven't fixed my car almost been a month already!
