I had hard time with automated thing. So it went to a live person. I did have a hard understanding Leo. But he was patient with me and he helped me get my insurance payment through. I have been with Allstate since I was a new driver at 16 years old. Of course I was on my parents account but I have been with Allstate that long.

Art handling our Allstate transfer from Florida has been the easiest thing we have done with moving here. We had everything done on about 30 minutes. We even get renters insurance from him also. He is very Professional and I would highly recommend him and Allstate for your Auto , home insurance needs

You will not find a more personable staff at this Allstate office. They get back to you immediately with answers. Allstate has one of the most economical bundling low prices in the country. I switched insurance companies to join Allstate and saved $300 a month. Call and get a free estimate.

Due to a recent storm, I had a tree fall on my home. Within an hour, after I had done some investigating outside to see the damage, I called Allstate and I had a customer service representative give me a case number right away. First thing Monday morning, an agent called me and got started on my claim. Ola Williams was so very kind and considerate of any needs I might have since I no longer had heat. I was offered a hotel and food if needed and anything else I was only to ask for until the repairs were done. My assessor, Lloyd Smith was also wonderful. He showed so much concern for my situation and promised me he would take the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked. I knew of only the basics of what was damaged but Lloyd explained in greater detail what exactly would need to be fixed. I felt totally comfortable with his detailed assessment and he told me he would call me the next morning and my payment would be in my account so I could get my repairs started. True to his word, the money was deposited the next day. I cant tell you what a relief it was to be able to get heat back and my roof fixed. Our weather was turning much colder within a few days and it was such a worry to me. Thank you to everyone at Allstate Claims for their concern and care and fast response! Also to my agent, Art Stover for checking in with me several times to see if everything was going well and if I needed anything!
