Do not use Art Cone.
I've been using their tax service for years. This year however, they failed to file for me by the deadline due to an employee leaving. I then incurred a penalty from both Federal and State departments, as well as interest on top of the fee. He refused to reimburse or even offer a credit for next years taxes. I understand their work load was extremely heavy but his actions to rectify the situation were exceptionally unprofessional and unethical.
