You would be better banking somewhere else! I asked the woman at the information desk a question about replacing my debit card and she snapped my head off and then told me to get help from a teller since I was in such a hurry. I am retired, so time is not an issue for me. I simply needed to know where to start the process!!!!

Good luck with the phone call all it does is go round and round you can never get to a real person even when you touch the button that says talk to an operator. I have been with ACU for 25 years and I am about to leave because there customer service is the worst

Atm doesn't work, workers inside are slow, huge inconvinience for account holders. Teller line will be out the door yet 5 employees will be standing/walking around doing nothing while 2 out of the 4 teller stands are all that's open. Expect to spend 30 minutes just before to handle simple banking.

I have nothing but positive experiences every time I go into this location or the Redlands location. Great customer service and a great place to bank. I have been a member for 4+ years now and I am much happier here than I was at any of the other big banks I once had.

Had fraudulent charges on my account and the 1 800 call center was utterly useless. BUT when I went into the branch Steven was extremely helpful and nice.

I don’t want to speak for everyone who works here because some of the employees were kind, but there were a few who were extremely rude and not very helpful. Will definitely be going to a different Arrowhead location from here on out!

I truly love my bank and thanks to Mayra she was a HUGE help and resolved a major issue with fitness19 that was just kept reoccurring, not only did she help me out but was able to get the gym to pay what they were responsible for! She did what she is there for and that was to help me as a member! Thank you so much Mayra!
