Mel Ewing is excellent. He was close to where I live, where I wanted to purchase a home plus and most importantly has years’ worth of experience. He was my third and final real estate agent that I worked with but the first agent I hired. My mother selected the first two agents who did not work out due to personality conflicts. Mel is excellent with communicating and there were no personality conflicts. I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about purchasing a home. Mel is extremely knowledgeable. A He is on time, works hard because it’s his full-time job, and spoils his customers. He made me feel like I was his only client even though he has dozens and dozens of clients. Has sold many properties, consistently mentions not brags about how many homes he has closed, this is good to hear because it meant my agent was busy working and well experienced. He is web savvy not to mention phone text message savvy too. Going back to his years’ worth of experience, his connections with mortgage brokers saved my home buying experience. Fred miller was my agent he works for arrow Reality, in 2019 I hired Fred Miller to sell my home in Sacramento, April 9, 2019 I signed a cancellation contract electronically which fred Miller never went over or read to me, when canceling my home I asked Fred Miller do I owe anything he told me don’t worry about it, two years eight mouths later I get a call from Fred Miller which start off friendly until I told him I’m not selling my house and why would you be contacting me almost three years later, Fred trying to pressure me to sell my house, he then got aggressive arguing with me very rudely, says pay me for my marketing, I then reminded him about the conversation we had on April 9, 2019 when Mr Miller Stated verbally don’t worry about it, For two years eight months Fred did not communicate or even contact me calls, letters, emails, about my home until July 25, 2021, he’s trying to take me too small claims court he’s trying to get the full Commission amount from me,the house has been off the market for almost three years. It’s disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he’s very
unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business.
