It's been a year since we bought our very first house with the help of Tristan with Armstead Realty Group. It was a roller coaster ride trying to compete with other buyers but Tristan made it as smooth as possible. It was so stressful in our part as a first time buyer but he was so helpful making sure we understand every bit of the process. He & his wife Stacey were very patient in accompanying us go through houses that we wanted to see. Tristan works very professionally. He will find you a house that you're comfortable with in all aspect especially the budget. But despite those struggles we made it to our first house and we're loving it.
