My family was referred by a nursing home as we had an issue with planning and insurance. At the time both my parents were in the hospital and in the process of being transferred to a home. The problem was an out of state LLC that needed to be resolved before insurance approval. When I received the follow up call from ASAP, and explained my situation I was advised to transfer the LLC out of my Dads name, when I asked if this was something they could help with I was told no. I tried asking some follow up questions it was very obvious they were not interested in helping in anyway. They could not get off the phone with me quick enough.

I found another local company that was more than willing to help me during a very stressful and difficult time. The advice from ASAP related to transferring the LLC, was absolutely the wrong thing to do and would have affected insurance approval.

Stephen Jones, o Arkansas Senior Asset Planning, responded to our referral the same day our elder law firm called him. His team began the Medicaid application process day one. On day 3 the long term care facility called to say we were cleared to admit our mother to a memory unit! We had struggled for the better part of a year to get an application approved for home assistance with DHS on our own, but kept hitting roadblocks, and having no caseworker in our county was hindrance. We had been trying for 3 months to get an elder firm to help with the Medicaid application.
With Mr Jones we were left with no unanswered questions and I found ASAP to be a customer oriented business that took our needs seriously.
