Absolutely horrible service. I have an uncommon situation and before I even apply I ask questions to see if I should even try. They said shouldn't be a problem. The minute I apply I am denied for a reason not even listed as a requirement to rent. Then when I explain to them what's going on I get a one question response and nothing after. Every time I call I get hung up on. This is definitely a horrible place and don't have a single clue on how to be professional. And they are dropping prices on their rent because they can't get them rented out. People using this company should cancel and manage their own property they would have better luck on their own than with this company.

The company is corrupt and you will never be treated with respect.
This company will lie to you take your money block you leave you feeling conned.
If your on section 8 run get far awY from this company. This place needs a full investigation done on it and the leasing agents are the most heartless people I've ever seen.
I'm calling the better business and a attorney.
It should never take 2 whole months to be placed In a home. This company needs to burn

I can not even began to explain how helpful this business was! We were displaced from our home due to a pipe bursting on Christmas Eve. The moment we contacted them, they helped us move in swiftly, and took the uncertainty away. The home was beautifully decorated and had ALL ACCOMMODATIONS for our family of six, which was a huge deal to me. They answered all questions promptly and with such courtesy. I will definitely be recommending them to EVERYONE.

My husband and I rented a house from them for a year. Within the first two months we had mold in our bathroom cabinet. We called and emailed for about two weeks and never got an answer. When they told us people would come out, they never showed up. It took two months and us showing up at their actual office to get someone to come look at the issue (by this time I was really sick and coughing up black and green mucus).
Every time we had something wrong with the house they sent out Wendell the other property manager and some family friends. Never professionals.
In January we never re signed our lease and they didn't even notice. We started dealing directly with the owner because we were thinking about buying the house, and he then found out that they hadn't been paying him for the past few months. They also quoted us a higher price for the house than what the actual owner ever asked.
The owner ended up firing them and dealing with us directly and sending out actual professionals to fix things. We recently found out when they "fixed" the mold issue they never actually fixed it or replaced the insulation. They never treated the mold and we found actual MUSHROOMS growing in place of the mold beneath the house.
Bottom line is these people are the laziest property managers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They short cut everything to make more money. Let me be clear this is not to make the actual home owner more money, because we found out they charged him a premium for using their family friends. They don't call back, they don't communicate.
Please don't ever hire or rent from this company.

Arkansas Homes and Land Realty are professional, knowledgeable and good Christian people who work hard 24/7. Wendell and Rhonda Gibson were there every step of the way helping us to sell our home and buy another. Communication was key through all this. Believe me when I say that it was several times daily. They were always patient and kind.
We had several things happen that made us think we were doomed through this process, but they were always there to reassure and give us the support we needed through it all. When we were able to finally move into our new home Wendell, Rhonda, their two kids and friends of their son helped us move in! They were all amazing and hard working! Don't know how we could have done it without them. Will never be able to thank them enough.
We would recommend them and Arkansas Homes and Land Realty. As a matter I'd fact, we have!

Their ok. What you may find is that they rent others peoples homes or somehow a homeowner is partner. It's nothing particularly negative about them just make sure whatever you invest in that's it thoroughly checks out.
