Arkansas Federal CU in Searcy is absolutely the best. Not only are they professional they listen to you and make you feel like at home. Our family will be forever grateful for all they have done for us in the last 2 years.

They are always friendly, just super slow. I just visited the drive thru, I can see 3 tellers inside, I was just making a checking withdrawal, I filled out the slip in the tube and signed it. It took 12 min, and I watched 2 different people walk inside, get service and walk out. I know 12 min doesn't sound like much, but when you watch people come and go it feels like 30 min. Lastly, and tons of other people say this, the ATM is for certain the slowest system I have ever used. Even when visiting banks out of town and having to accept fees and other stuff, the AFCU atm in Searcy is painful.

There is never enough help at the Searcy location. Instead of waiting so long I just use the night box for pymts, deposits, etc. I don't mind waiting my turn but not as long as I have.
That is poor customer service. The associates are doing the best that they can. Polite, apologetic. This isn't their fault at all.
However, afcu is the best financial institution to do business with by far. Online, phone, mail, in
person, etc.

Customer service has slowly declined at the Searcy office. I’ve been a member for many years and I realize that sometimes staff are busy helping others. However, when I visit lately it seems that I wait for the staff to finish visiting and laughing with each other before they come to the drive through window and when they finally come to the window, they act like it’s an inconvenience to help me with my request. Also, I know most place have a dress casual Friday, but OMG is all I can say on some days! Clothes look slept in, hair unkept, and over all appearance is ?.
I usually do not even respond to these emails, but I feel I should say something since I’ve thought about moving my accounts to another bank lately.

This sounds like a good Credit Union, it would be nice to have a branch closer to Batesville or Ash Flat .
