As a health provider, I'm very disappointed with the contact I've had with the Fayetteville office, specifically. I have been ignored for 2 months after BCBS paid a different provider for my services. BCBS has not paid me back and the problem has occurred with other clients of mine. They have denied responsibility, and thus my problem has gotten worse. It's very frustrating because I can't bill on my clients when BCBS does not fix the issue and never compensates me for my work. It's very poor business.

Honestly if I could leave a negative star review I would. This company is vial. Not only do they think it's okay to not inform people before they terminate your insurance, but when you get new insurance through your employer and it's the same company, they are going to charge you back pay for the month you didn't have access to the insurance, so to avoid a gap in your insurance. Why am I being charged for something I didn't have access to? Is it not enough I went without my medication for a month? This company is criminal, all the health insurance providers are criminal.

Employees don't return phone calls. That is just plain irresponsible. I've left multiple messages for Michael and he apparently just throws them in the trash. That is on top of being given information that turns out to be inaccurate causing hour of wasted time on my part.

This office is the worst place to deal with. The employees will not call you back. Also when I called in needing some information, they use the excuse they are having internet problems or their computer is running slow. This has happened in person and on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend using the Fayetteville store.

Blue Cross of Arkansas DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been working with them for YEARS trying to get reimbursed and they literally will not help at all. I have lost thousands of dollars from them but all they care about is getting their money, and of course do not want to pay me back what is owed. Very disappointing and I will never use them again after this experience.
