We were looking for a second home in AZ but had no idea about when where or how we would do it. Luckily our neighbor's (Perry's in-laws) in Vail CO introduced us to Perry during a golfing visit in 2021. I mentioned to Perry that we were considering buying a second home in AZ-at some point -but that was about as much thought as we had put into it. Perry asked me if I wanted straight advice and when I said I yes he said " What the !#*are you waiting for, it's not going to get any better than it is now!" I thanked him for his advice and went back to CO. A week later my wife and I came back to AZ to begin looking for properties. With very little notice, Perry and his amazing partner Jake jumped into action and made us feel like we were their only customers. Over the course of four days the two of them worked with us to visit properties all over the are from Peoria to Fountain Hills. Along the way we were able to fine tune what was important to us. Perry and Jake never tried to hard sell or in any way influence our decision making process. When we pivoted and decided that a single family that would require pool maintenance and upkeep was NOT what we really wanted Perry showed us an amazing property in Fountain Hills that checked all our boxes. Perry went to work with the other realtor and helped us secure a great deal. It's been almost a year since we closed and in that time we have developed a friendship with Perry and his lovely wife Vicky who is an amazing interior designer.
