I went to get a personal loan and had the pleasure of sitting with Ms. Rowena Avilla she was a breath of fresh air and a great customer service rep.. She was pleasant, personable and very nice to work with.. My loan wasn't approved but she did all she could to do get it approved and understood the importance of it to me and made me feel happy even after it was denied. I definitely recommend you speak to her if you want a good customer service rep when you are in branch again. Thanks Rowena..
