We are a month in and cannot be happier with Brittney Hernandez as our realtor! Every time we call, (and we have called a LOT) she is always patient and kind.

The townhome is lovely. We have had some issues with the plumbing or heating, but as I have said, Mrs. Brittney is always on it. The apartment is well insolated and the neighbors are nice. I will come back and update if needed, but we are SO thankful that Brittney helped us get out of the trauma we were experiencing. Brittney (and owner, of course) thank you for everything. We really mean that. I hope this review gives you a BIG RAISE ❤️.

I wish I could give them zero stars. BEWARE! BEWARE! There is a reason they only have two stars. The owner tries but her son Robert! I’m not gonna even go there honestly. But they charge me for a move in clean of 250$ which was fine but when I moved in the place was filth. Picture included and then tell me that I don’t deserve to be paid for cleaning the house. What do I look like a slave or something I don’t work for free. You allegedly paid someone to clean it. I actually cleaned it why I don’t get paid? When I said I wanna talk to the owner he threatened to evict me! I had a five year plan to stay in the home but after the years is up I’m gone for sure!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever had to work with. The “property management” never once came out to the property I was renting when there was a window broken, and multiple problems at our house. When we would try to contact them, Alex Foley would ghost us for weeks. Each Individual roommate would try to get a hold of him and he would still not reply. He is super unprofessional and we had to fight tooth and nail to get our security deposit back and when we did… it wasn’t even the full amount, without any explanation. This type of business is illegal and I will report them. There is extreme lack of communication and accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing company with so much to offer. It is a great place for rentals, vacation rentals, commercial and traditional home sales. The people I have dealt with are professional, competent and industry leaders. Do not hesitate to work with them for any of your Real Estate Needs.

When I first signed on with them, the property manager was extremely rude. I only proceeded because I favored the home they were offering . They are very slow to do any repairs! And most recently I’ve received a new lease requesting a $600 rent increase on top of the previous $500 requested in 2020.
I’ve been a long time and good standing tenant, but get no consideration for any of those things. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor poor poor communication!!!
I would highly not recommend this company at all.. I was shown a property that was for rent in Phoenix, I submitted an application thinking that no one else had submitted an application. Most companies will tell you that an application was submitted and it's on the process of being rented out correct? However with this company they DO NOT tell you this. I paid for 3 applications, total 150 dollars for myself my mother and my sister my background came back clean. We have no evictions we have no bankruptcy we haveba good record with every house we've rented.Nobody communicated with me especially the gentleman who showed me the property his name was Michael and I waited. Practically almost three weeks to be notified about it. After making numerous calls To him and text messages I was finally able to communicate with him I was told that the owner of the house went with someone else. I understand you pay a fee for an application check. However in my past after paying or before paying I was always communicating with the company or agent and this time it was just a nightmare my money will not be returned back to me even though nobody's has helped me. I've be waiting for some other agent to help me find a home but no one has called. Another thing if you go on their website some of these Houses are still on the website. But beware that they may already be in the process of being rented out to someone. Do not pay them unless you know for certain that. The house is available for you and you know you have a good record. I live not far away from a person who was just recently charged with sexual assault on two 20 year olds and a lady in her 70's.
My mom is elderly. She's in her early 80s and my sister's a senior who is in her late 60s. It is not safe for us to live here which is why we were moving from this house.

Pam Watson Brown Or my nickname for her is useless Pam.
Where should I start?

She’s the property management person for the condo upstairs for me.

(1) The first tenant stayed for about six months. They had a young teenager who liked to rollerblade around in the apartment, jumping up and down on his rollerblades.. I contacted the owners and Pam herself The rollerblading eventually stopped. Then the husband and Wife would have scream matches with each other.
“Perfect”

(2) Second tenets or I’d like to call them Jimi Hendrix and his girlfriend. The reason I say Jimi Hendrix, the guy liked to play his electric guitar w/an amp at 8:30 in the morning for several hours everyday !!
He listened to NPR news in the shower. The only reason I know that is because he had the radio up so loud I could hear the commentator talking.
Once again, I contacted the owners/Pam Pam’s response to me was Michael “You should get earplugs”? HOLY-COW really !!
The rent is eventually left within three months or so

(3) Here’s icing on the cake.
Renters NOW now keep in mind. This is all within one year.
And Wife in their late 20s with two 2-3 yrs old babies screaming and yelling and running back-and-forth for hours. No joke the oldest little girl would run for hours and not stop. !! As early as 5:30 AM throughout the day everyday and as late as 11:30 PM. I reached out to the owners/Pam Watson Brown aka Useless Pam … Pam said that she would contact the renters ? I have a clue if she did or she didn’t. But what I do know is the noise got worse every day ..
I then reached out to Management trust company for the condo complex scenes the owners/Pam weren’t capable of handling this situation !!
The renters were eventually fined several times over course of several months. Keep in mind I made videos “Within” my condo of the noise that was being made from the renters upstairs. To have evidence of the noise nuisance .. several of my neighbors also complain to me verbally but never wrote a complaint to Management trust. ? They didn’t want to get involved. But I did.
I then started reaching out to Scottsdale PD. Along with actually going down to Scottsdale PD local police department several times.
I went to the owners I am no longer friends with. I reached out to Pam. I then reached out to Management trust & Scottsdale PD
So within one year, Pam found (3) Horrendous renters !!
I wouldn’t recommend For anything !! She was rude to me and incompetent at doing her job !!
But from what it sounds like from everyone’s complaints on this message, it sounds like she’s been trained very well by her management team

I came across a listing of a place I was interested in. I wanted to tour the place, so I contacted the agent listed, Brittney. The process for touring was fast. As soon as I called, I was able to tour the place on my own after sending in a picture of my ID. I applied for the property same day on a Thursday & didn’t hear back from them until Monday letting me know the property had actually been rented to someone else already. I also emailed the agent asking if they had any other properties in the same complex for rent, and never even got a response from her. I had to pay $50 to apply & then waited almost a week for a refund. Extremely Poor communication.
